                          Introduction To Genesis

Genesis made in 1967 in the city of Godalming, surrey, England. They were one of the most famous progressive rock group in the 1970s and 1990s. In the period of Peter Gabriel was the main singer in the band.

During the period of 1970-1975, the group produced some of the most widely-acclaimed albums of the progressive rock era.

Genesis decided to carry on on as a four-piece, producing two albums, “A Trick Of The Tail” and “Wind & Wuthering”, which found the band showing to themselves and to the world that they could move on after Gabriel’s exit.

Genesis in poland: Ray Wilson with the Berlin Symphony Ensemble

At night in Warsaw the Genesis Klassik concert to the polish tour of the former lead singer Ray Wilson with the Berlin Symphony Ensemble.
Genesis has a classical string arrangements of their new project in this project will also be played in Kielce, Krakow. Zabrze, Gdansk, Bydgoszcz and Poznan. With the british band Ray Wilson has sang shortly after Phil Collins left.

He said, “It’s a bit different from all of these projects because they did it with an orchestra. The music becomes, kind of, overcome and overtaken by the orchestra. With the ensemble it doesn’t work like that. We basically took the keyboards and replaced it with the string quartet and the classical piano. So, it’s different to any of the other, like what Peter Gabriel’s been doing, what Sting has been doing”.
